HORSEBACK ARCHERY, WHEREVER YOU ARE

Bring North Arrow to your club, team or event.

North Arrow workshops combine practical horseback archery training with clear, structured coaching — from the first arrows to advanced competition skills.

Anni Jauhiainen has taught horseback archery workshops and camps in Finland, Canada, Switzerland, Poland and Germany, working with archers from complete beginners to experienced international competitors.

Every group is different, so the content can be built around your needs. We can focus on the foundations of horseback archery, shooting technique, different draw styles, speed and movement, competition preparation, or simply give your group the opportunity to experience the sport and learn something new.

WHAT CAN A WORKSHOP INCLUDE?

• Horseback archery basics and safety
• Shooting technique and different draw styles
• Speed shooting and shooting from movement
• Riding and shooting coordination
• Track training and competition skills
• Individual technique analysis
• Training exercises for continued development

Workshops can be organized as a single training day, a weekend, or a longer training camp.

No suitable event on the calendar?

Organize a workshop for your own group.

We can come to your location or help you build a complete training camp at suitable horseback archery facilities in Finland or France.

Whether you are looking for an introduction to horseback archery or serious training for experienced archers, the workshop is built around your group and your goals.

MORE THAN JUST SHOOTING

Every workshop is different.

From first-time riders and archers taking their first shots from horseback to experienced competitors refining their technique, our workshops are built around the people taking part.

Over the years, we have worked with riders and archers in Finland, Canada, Switzerland, Poland and Germany — from small private groups to larger international camps.

Different horses. Different riders. Different goals.

The aim is always the same: to help you become a better horseback archer.

Have you already trained with us?

We'd love to hear about your experience.

Your feedback helps us to improve future courses and events.
