Horseback archery (or mounted archery) is an equestrian sport in which you shoot a bow from horseback. The sport combines the accuracy of archery and the speed of equestrian sports in a fascinating way. For the viewer, the spectacular sport is a feast for the eyes. For the performer, the combination of hits and speed is addictive.​

Horseback archery requires both excellent horsemanship and archery skills. Both must be practiced separately and together. The archery is done as pure instinct shooting, where accuracy and speed must be balanced to achieve a successful performance.
